3. Order Processing and Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping typically takes approximately 14 days, although delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to fulfill orders promptly but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Cancellation and Modification

Orders can be modified or canceled only within the processing window before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is no longer possible. To request changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Zesent accepts returns and exchanges strictly for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal) within a reasonable timeframe. Exchange items are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
